Safaa Elnour, LMHC
Licensed Mental Health Counselor

About Me
My name is Safaa Elnour. I am dedicated to the compassionate practice of mental health therapy, focusing on supporting adults who are navigating the challenges of anxiety, depression, and trauma. With a heartfelt commitment to guiding individuals through their journey towards healing and growth, I have cultivated a meaningful career in the field of mental health.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with diverse individuals facing a wide array of mental health challenges. My experience spans across geriatrics, adults, teens, families, as well as facilitating both group and individual therapy sessions. This diverse experience has shaped me into a well-rounded and empathetic therapist, enabling me to tailor my approach to each unique individual.
I specialize in working exclusively with adults, using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and trauma-informed care. These approaches help individuals build coping skills, develop healthier thought patterns, and address deep-rooted trauma. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space for healing and growth, where clients can gain clarity, confidence, and resilience in their mental health journey.
