Join Our Team

We are seeking a fully licensed therapist to join our growing practice. The therapist will have the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively with a psychiatric nurse practitioner to provide seamless care within our unique integrated care model. The therapist will enjoy having their own office, fully functional electronic health record, billing support, insurance handling, marketing assistance, and full autonomy over their own schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual therapy sessions to patients and families.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR within 7 days of the visit.

• Coordinate care with the psychiatric nurse practitioner when appropriate.

• Participate in weekly case consultation meetings as needed.

Qualifications:

• Master’s in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.

• Active Iowa licensure (LISW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent).
